Our unit will double the production of the standard scaler with half the maintenance. Our vibratory pick can work as a standard pick or the integral hammer can be engaged in order to give extra impact energy when necessary.
The extreme duty purpose built carrier features a telescopic boom with 45' reach, 330 degree boom rotation, and massive twin 6" lift cylinders. The tilt cylinder develops 40,000 lbs of peak force to the pick tip. Trunnion shock absorbing mounted telescoping cylinder develops 35,000 lbs of thrust in both directions.
